Nine years of real estate experience in Santa Clara County, coupled with ten years as a general contractor.  My background as a general contractor gives my clients added value by providing them with a realistic view of a home's potential.

Each and every transaction is unique; it involves different people with unique desires and needs.  My first job is to identify those needs. Then I must act as an advocate on my client's behalf.  Doing so takes more than just experience -- it requires an extensive knowledge of ever-changing market conditions, and the ability to negotiate and adapt to change.

Personal Background:

Since leaving Israel 15 years ago, I have been living in Cupertino, Santa Clara County. I love the California lifestyle, and the pursuit of such outdoor activities as skiing, hiking and scuba diving.
